67th IAEA GC - AFRA Exhibition

AFRA exhibition was one of the key side-line events of the 67th IAEA General Conference hosted at the VIC throughout the weeklong conference between 25th and 29th September 2023. The exhibit showcased how the technical cooperation programme functions and the impact it helps to achieve in the African Member States.

The booth which had an African theme highlighted AFRA activities for 2022 and highlights of 2023.  Six posters captured various National and regional projects in respective thematic areas while one poster disseminated summarised pictorial information on AFRA activities implemented in 2022 including 143 Fellowships,11 scientific visits, 45 RTCs with 1033 participants, 45 meetings and workshops with 1019 participants, 34 sponsored events with 232 participants and 44 expert missions.
